Cloud Readiness Assessment

The aim of the project was to evaluate the cloud readiness of the software department of a German insurance group. Employees and those responsible for applications were interviewed about this. Measures were derived from the results and additional analyzes to increase cloud readiness and to divide the IT landscape into the categories Replatform, Retiere, Rehost, Retrain, Repurchase, and Refactor.
